Survey on use of area wide fruit fly management
22 February 2016
Horticulture Innovation Australia is conducting a survey about producer’s use of area wide management to control Queensland fruit fly.
The project “Adaptive Area Wide Management of Qfly using SIT” seeks to provide the scientific basis for area wide fruit fly management at a regional level within Australia and will develop guidelines for efficient and effective pest suppression using SIT (sterile insect technology) as part of area wide management.
It is important that we have a good idea of the current situation of Queensland fruit fly in all the different horticultural regions of Australia with regards to implementing area wide management.
The survey closes soon, so please participate by going to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/QFFAWM
